the syntax is [[INVOKETH (sound)]]
replace "(sound)" with one of the files in https://myspace.f46n.org/res/INVOKETH but without the file extension, so if you wanted no.mp3, replace "(sound)" with "no"

i just copied it off someone elses spacehey and because some elements have eifferent name i didnt know so i added a *{} but that made the text the same color as the textarea so i just made it black xd
