yesss they r so stealthy and cool
they also have kinda dumb faces but it isn't their fault

you know how some people say birds are government drones
i think sharks are the sea version of them & the fin is where the camera goes
the dumb face is a tactic to make them look too stupid to be spies

YESS there r many cool fish out there + cephalopods and invertebrates. The broadnosed sevengill shark for example is fairly unevolved w/ seven gills and lack of a first dorsal fin
the nautilus stay the same for a WHILE & has the equivalent of pinhole cameras for eyes and doesnt even really have a brain

nautilus shells have the right idea man, can't get tiktok brain rot if you never had a brain
also i dont know much about sharks but no fin is the ultimate spy move, they defo know what theyre doing

also yea they are like sea birds!! there are some species of fish which are "less evolved" (such as the coelacanth) which have much more limblike fins that make it look
like they're walking or flying through water

honestly the old "less evolved" fish are crazy to think about
like some have been there for like, as lomg as life has been here and they're just chilling

YES I PAINT!! i like it a normal amount, i mainly do watercolor landscapes or seascapes (especially underwater views of fish) and acrylic!! u should give it a little try, it's super fun n rewarding :3

it is SOOO great in funny fish land. i got the opportunity to talk w some professors from wangeningen in the netherlands about flatfish fishing methods and it was super cool. also i am back in my painting era :3

ALSO HOW COULD I FORGET THE MAJESTIC BAIKAL SEALS theyre fucking amazing, i love their funny faces so much, also what i like about them is the mystery of why they love living in lake baikal specifically, it keeps me up at night LMFAOOO
theyre also very closely related to caspian seals which is +1 point for me

i love every type of seal tbh!! my favorites are probably caspian seals (which are endangered :( ) but rlly close favorites of mine are ringed seals and harp seals, theyre a bit basic but theyre just so gosh darn cute
